If no movement is detected for two minutes, the system prompts the user to enter a secure PIN. Failure to do so triggers an emergency pause, ensuring rapid intervention in potentially dangerous scenarios.

Live Refresh Rates:

• Monitoring Console: Updates every 5 seconds
• Mobile App: Updates every 30 seconds

These refresh rates ensure location data is always current and actionable, with future updates allowing for customizable intervals.

Customizable Alert Messaging:

Admins can tailor alert messages and choose delivery methods—email, text/SMS, or in-app notifications. Even non-admin contacts can receive alerts with user details for quick follow-up, making communication seamless across teams.
