Richard Morman is a career Public Safety veteran. He served with The Ohio State University Police Division for over 29 years, retiring as the Deputy Chief of Police, a position he held for 10 years. He is considered a subject matter expert in celebratory rioting, crowd control, sports and special event security planning and management, venue security planning and management and executive protection. In December 2011, he was invited by the US Department of Justice to present to a group of his peers in "Best Practices for Large Venue Security".
