Kirksville Police Recognize Officer Ray Jagger for his Meritorious Service/Life Saving Award


(Kirksville, MO) — On April 12, 2018, Kirksville Police Officer Ray Jagger was awarded a Meritorious Service Award for Life Saving.  On March 28, 2018, Officer Jagger responded to a residence, and administered life saving measures to an infant that was choking.  We at the Kirksville Police Department want to thank Officer Jagger for his quick thinking, and for a job well done.
