Last Sunday, an FSU student at Maryland was stabbed outside of a Maple Street residence just before 2 a.m. (Daylight Time), and has subsequently died. Frostburg City Police were on the scene and have recovered a weapon.

Without further delay, a school administrator sent out emergency alerts to all students and staff with Regroup’s platform, notifying the incidence. It allows the administrator to communicate instantly and effectively with everyone via emails, text message/SMS, voice broadcasts, forums, and social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.
