Is Regroup a social network?
showRegroup is a collaboration tool used for groups, and not a social network.
Do I have to be a college student to participate?
showNo. You do not have to be a current college student to use regroup. Anyone who wants relevant and pertinent information can signup on regroup.
What email address should I use?
showWhen registering you will be asked to provide an email address, and you can use the address you prefer. In order to send email to network's group you will need to verify that you have a .edu address for that network. For example, if you want to send email to groups at Georgetown you must register a georgetown.edu address.
Why do you ask for my name?
showregroup is a website for your community - for example, we provide groups for you to join with others in your dorm, courses, and more. We ask that you use your real name so that your peers know who you are.
How do I change my name?
showIf you would like to change your name, go to Preferences, then edit your Personal Info.
How do I change my username?
showYou cannot change your username. Please provide feedback using the link in the lower right of each page.
How do I get my network added to regroup?
showOur goal is to have every network on regroup. If you would like yours added or have general comments, suggestions or ideas, please feel free to send us a message using the Feedback Us form provided on any page of the site.
How does the Question and Answer (Q&A) format work?
showHave a question? Try posting it to your groups! Just join a group, go to the "Start a Topic" tab above, and post your question to that group. It will get sent to those in the group who choose to receive new posts, and they can hit "reply" directly from their email inbox. You'll be notified when they reply.
How do I unsubscribe?
showTo unsubscribe at any time, go to Preferences, then notifications. You can select “never” for all groups you would like to unsubscribe from. Also, unselect "regroup weekly updates" to unsubscribe from the weekly emails.
You can also respond to any email with “unsubscribe” in the subject to unsubscribe from that group.
