  1. Regroup's Payment Policies
    1. Regroup uses PayPal as the billing mechanism; Regroup is therefore not responsible for any errors or changes which resulted from actions taken by PayPal.
    2. All billing cycles are renewed automatically. The payment profile that is sent to PayPal does not include an end date, and will be terminated only upon request.
    3. Regroup will bill your credit card or PayPal account on the first (1st) day of the billing cycle. Regroup will inform you of the charges by email.
    4. If for some reason, Regroup is unable to process your payment, Regroup will make several additional attempts.
    5. If the additional attempts have failed, Regroup will discontinue your service. You will receive an email informing you that your payment information is incorrect.
  2. Canceling your Regroup account
    1. Regroup does not offer refunds for any unused periods, or portions of a canceled account.
    2. Regroup accounts will not be canceled unless requested.
    3. Upon cancellation request, your account will be active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    4. In order to have your Regroup account canceled, you are required to notify Regroup 21 days before the next payment. Not doing so may result in the next payment being charged.
  3. Credit card and PayPal account expiration
    1. You are responsible for updating and maintaining your correct credit card or PayPal information.
    2. In the event that a credit card or your PayPal account cannot be properly charged, Regroup will take action as described in previous sections (Regroup's Payment policies)
  4. E-mail Issues
    1. Regroup's e-mails are based on Paypal Payment responses, and might therefore suffer certain delays.
    2. Paypal may send you billing e-mails and messages in accordance with your configured PayPal account preferences.
  5. Miscellaneous
    1. Regroup might update its policies from time to time.
    2. Regroup might update its prices from time to time. Current billings will not be changed, but when renewing payments, the new prices will take effect.
    3. All prices published on Regroup are in United States Dollars.
