Schenectady County Community College - Student to Career (S2C)

Local Internships & More

Internships impact both the community and the students who serve – please spread the opportunities below

NOTE: The Career and Employment Services office serves to accelerate our students potential to reach their career goals and provide a centralized point of contact for the development and posting of internships, temporary projects, and paid employment opportunities which compliment a student’s educational program.  We also serve as the College Liaison to the NYS Senate and Assembly (FT) Internship Programs, Federal Workforce Recruitment Program for People with Disabilities, and the Peace Corps.

Please encourage your students to use our office services, view our Career Events Calendar, and log onto the College’s online job and employer database called EASE which is located on the College’s homepage (under the Angel link).  Staff are also available to come to your class to outline our services and to present on topics related to employment trends, employer expectations, job search strategies and personal marketing approaches that generate opportunities.

Call 381-1368 or email Bob Frederick, CES Coordinator to discuss options.
